1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Quot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services

Quot provides business management software including:

  • ERP tools
  • POS functionality
  • Inventory management
  • Accounting automation
  • Reporting tools
  • Related modules

We may update, improve, or modify services at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have authority to bind your business
  • Provide accurate registration information

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining login confidentiality
  • All activity under your account
  • Ensuring data accuracy

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

5. Subscription and Payment

ERP+ is a paid subscription service.

Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Free Trials

We may offer free trials.

At the end of a trial, paid subscription may be required to continue access.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activity
  • Upload harmful code
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Use the platform to commit fraud

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data.

Quot Systems Inc. owns:

  • The software
  • Source code
  • Intellectual property
  • Branding
  • Platform structure

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Quot Systems Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss caused by user negligence

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in fraud

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the courts in Nigeria.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
