Data Processing Agreement

Between Quot Systems Inc. and Customer

1. Purpose

This DPA governs how Quot Systems Inc. processes personal data on behalf of customers.

Customers act as Data Controllers. Quot Systems Inc. acts as Data Processor.

2. Processing Details

Quot processes:

  • Customer names
  • Contact details
  • Sales data
  • Transaction data
  • Staff records

Processing occurs only to provide services under the main agreement.

3. Security Measures

Quot implements:

  • Encryption
  • Access controls
  • Monitoring systems
  • Secure hosting

4. Subprocessors

Quot may use third-party providers such as:

  • Cloud hosting
  • Payment processors

All subprocessors are required to maintain data protection standards.

5. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach, Quot will notify affected customers without undue delay and provide relevant information.

6. Data Deletion

Upon termination, customer data will be deleted or returned unless retention is legally required.

7. Compliance

This agreement aligns with:

  • Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023
  • NDPR
  • GDPR where applicable
